RivalGrid is an evidence-first competitor-intelligence service. This draft describes the product's implemented data practices and must receive operator review before public launch.
Information RivalGrid handles
RivalGrid handles account and business-profile information supplied by its customers, sources they choose to monitor, and evidence collected from public business websites and authorized third-party APIs.
When a customer connects Meta services, RivalGrid may receive identifiers and content for Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts that the customer is permitted to access. RivalGrid does not ask customers to provide their Facebook password, two-factor code, App Secret, or access token through the browser interface.
How information is used
Information is used to collect authorized public business signals, identify changes, create evidence-backed reports, operate and secure the service, and respond to support or deletion requests. RivalGrid does not sell personal information.
Storage, sharing, and retention
RivalGrid limits access to customer data using authenticated, owner-scoped controls. Service providers may process data only where needed to operate features selected by the customer. Data is retained only while needed for the service, security, legal obligations, or an active customer account.
