Data Deletion Instructions

You may remove RivalGrid's access from the Facebook or Instagram settings associated with your Meta account. This stops future API access but may not remove information already retained in your RivalGrid account.

Deletion requests cannot be accepted publicly until a monitored privacy-contact email is configured. This page must not be submitted to Meta in its current draft state.

After verification, RivalGrid will remove the requested account data from active systems unless retention is required for security or legal obligations. Backup copies expire according to the service's backup-retention schedule.
